Glimmer Goddess® Organic Skin Care is a woman-owned, family-owned organic skincare brand founded in 2015 by Shannon Reagan Henry in Frisco, Texas. We create vegan, cruelty-free skincare handcrafted in small batches with certified organic ingredients, including body butters, self tanners, face serums, moisturizers, cleansers, masks, body care, and clean beauty routines for radiant, healthy-looking skin.
Our mission is simple: to make clean beauty feel luxurious, effective, transparent, and approachable without synthetic fragrance oils, parabens, sulfates, or animal testing.

Our Story
Glimmer Goddess® began with Shannon’s personal search for gentler, more trustworthy skincare after years of struggling with sensitive-feeling skin, eczema, and skin allergies. Inspired by the homemade skincare remedies her mother created, Shannon developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful, ingredient-conscious formulas that feel personal, purposeful, and rooted in care.
She combined that personal journey with professional experience in consumer packaged goods, product development, category strategy, retail partnerships, and entrepreneurship to launch Glimmer Goddess® in 2015.
Meet Our Founder
Shannon Reagan Henry is the Founder and CEO of Glimmer Goddess® Organic Skin Care. Her background includes leadership experience in consumer products, retail partnerships, brand strategy, product development, and entrepreneurship.
Before founding Glimmer Goddess®, Shannon held roles including Category Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Director of National Accounts at Mattel Toys, and CEO/Founder of Beveragette Ventures. That mix of personal skincare experience and professional brand-building expertise shapes every Glimmer Goddess® formula.
Today, Shannon continues to lead Glimmer Goddess® as a founder-led, family-owned skincare brand focused on clean ingredients, customer trust, and small-batch Texas craftsmanship.
