International Shipping Policy

Glimmer Goddess® is happy to ship select orders internationally when available. International shipping times vary by destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

International orders typically arrive within 15–21 business days, but delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tracking may be limited once a package leaves the United States, depending on the destination country and local carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout and for ensuring that Glimmer Goddess® products may be legally imported into their destination country.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, inspections, restrictions, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are not collected by Glimmer Goddess LLC at checkout unless specifically stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, unpaid customs fees, import restrictions, or carrier issues outside of our control.

Orders shipped internationally without shipping protection may not be eligible for replacement or refund if the package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, except where required by law.
